Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Die Post within 7 business days. If there are any delays you will be notified.

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and size of an item. The minimum shipping fees are:

• Local orders (Switzerland) - 1.00 CHF
  
• Europe-bound orders - 2.00 CHF
  
• Rest of the world - 3.00 CHF
  

 

You as the consumer are responsible for any duty fees and taxes.

 

Please keep in mind there may be delays due to high mail volumes before holidays, or when shipping outside of Europe - I can not guarantee that your package will arrive before any specific date!!

 

At the moment I cannot ship to Israel, Russia and USA. If your county is not on this list, and not available in the checkout, feel free to reach out and I'll see if I can add it.
