RETURNS
If you'd like to return the items you purchased and get a refund you have to inform me about this in 14 days from the delivery date. To do this please either:
-log in as customer and fill in the return request. To do so please click on account icon in the store menu or here, log in using the email you placed the order with, and fill in the return form under your order,
-or send a message through the contact form or an e-mail to anna@abramek.art with your order number and stating that you'd like to return it. I will give you return address for shipping.
You are responsible for any costs of the return shipment. The costs of shipping of original order to your address will be returned.
The refund will be issued as soon as the return package reaches me and is checked for damage. If any of the items in your order is returned to me damaged I will deduct price of that item from the refund.
LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost because of an invalid address you provided I unfortunately cannot do anything about this and I can't issue a refund.
If the address you provided is correct and the package arrived damaged please contact me with your order number and I will send you a replacement if available or offer a refund. If the package does not arrive after 6 weeks you can contact me and I will try to find a solution that works for you.
CORRECTING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you made a mistake in your shipping address during checkout please contact me immediately!!! I can't do anything once your order is shipped and you will need to order again.
