1. What countries do you ship to?

Stickers, postcards and other small items that can fit into a letter envelope can be shipped nearly worldwide. You can find a list of exceptions on Shipping and Returns page.

Plush, bags and other bigger items can be shipped to all European counties. Shipping ot other places is unavailable at the moment.

2. How much does shipping cost?

All information, including current prices for shipping is on Shipping and Returns page. If you still have questions after reading it feel free to contact me.

3. Will this item be restocked?

Restocks are decided on individually for each item, but as a rule of thumb:

- fanart items are generally one-off

- original prints and stickers will be restocked a couple of times

- handmade items like plush, bags, etc. will be restocked as long as materials to make them last.

4. Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, you can recycle all packaging as paper and carboard.

You can also reuse the box for shipping other items - just remove the shipping label or glue a new one on top of it.

5. Do packages fit into Milchkasten?
Yes.
